Ka'ulu by Gentry is a new master-planned residential community in Kalaeloa, West Oahu, developed by Gentry Homes in partnership with Hunt Companies. Situated on approximately 30 acres of land within the Kalaeloa Community Development District, Ka'ulu is the first major residential development in the area and represents an exciting chapter in the transformation of the former Naval Air Station Barbers Point into a thriving neighborhood.

The name Ka'ulu was chosen in collaboration with local kupuna and is inspired by the ulu tree, one of the first trees brought to Hawaii by early Polynesian voyagers. Three floor plans are available:

Ka'ulu offers 262 multi-family attached townhomes in two- and three-bedroom configurations, each with an enclosed single-car garage. Townhome pricing starts from the low $600s for reserved housing units and from the low $700s for market units. Five townhome floor plans are available:

Makani (Unit 3) — 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,194 square feet with covered lanai and garage.

Kainalu (Unit 4) — 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 877 square feet with covered lanai and garage.

Wiliwili (Unit 5) — 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1,324 square feet with covered lanai and garage.

Reserved Housing at Ka'ulu
